Education in Industrial Design or Architect with +3 years experience.
Fluent in English and French.
At ease with Photoshop, Autocad, SketchUp and Office.

Ability to work under pressure and handle various priorities.
Problem solving, proactive, positive attitude and team-player.
Dedicated, very detail-oriented and reliable.

The Concept Project Leader reports to the Head of Concept Travel Retail Worldwide.
Contacts with the commercial teams in Geneva and Miami offices.
Contacts with concept global teams.

Concept :
Travel Retail and Wholesale projects design and development (sketches and technical drawings) by respecting the brand?s Concept and the local constraints (timings, budgets, merchandising guidelines, etc.).
Management and follow-up from the project launch until the point of sale opening by accompanying the commercial team (daily contact with suppliers for counters production and installation).
Create Projects (3D presentation) for the prospection of new spaces and new opportunities still respecting the brand guidelines and identity.
Be the spokesperson on a project : evaluate the needs, suggest and generate solutions.
Keep a close eye on trends, suggest new ideas and anticipate the market needs.
Management of semi personalization?s on ad hoc basis.

Animations :
Design and adapt animation concepts for all the point of sales configurations.
Drawings development for the production.
Follow up for the production and installation.
Post implementation visits to check the podium realization when needed.

Benchmark :
Keep a close eye on the competition in synergy with the commercial team and analyze trends for proactivity.

Plans (for openings, renovations, podiums, etc.).
Sketches, 3Ds, plans, elevations, sections and views, visual conception of the POS.
Bid Managements.
Project follow-up.
Construction follow up and post implementation visits of TR and Wholesale POS (4 times/year).
